Internal Auditing:
Our auditors conduct internal assessment of our clients AS9100 Quality Management System to help continual improvement and meet the requirements of AS9100’s Internal Audit clause. The scope of internal audits is tailored specifically to our client’s needs and requirements. Companies in the aerospace industry contract us to conduct their internal audit program for a variety of reasons.

Supplier Auditing:
The aerospace industry has the most complex and longest lead time supply chain in the world, complicated by an industry-standard operating model of pushing much of the design and manufacturing work to suppliers.  The current rapid expansion is putting additional strains on the supply chain and our analysis indicates that a significant proportion of suppliers are at risk of not being able to deliver the ramp-up that is required.  Companies need to be able to identify and mitigate these risks.  The performance of Supplier Auditing is one of the best ways to achieve these goals.  Some of the key driving factors for the performance of AS9100 Audits include:
